A common question that authors ask is “Do I need a website?” And the answer is always “Yes.”
Without a website, you have no place on the internet where you can promote your books and where readers can find out more about you. Modern day readers are interested in the authors of their favourite books, so you want to have a place online to connect with them.
You shouldn’t rely on social media for that as you have no control over it. Only by having your own website can you say what you want to say, and how you want to say it.

All our Lindie websites are templated to give you a good website at a cheaper price. For this, you’ll get:

- About the author page
- A page to promote your books with links to your chosen book retailer (e.g. Amazon). Please note that ecommerce will cost extra
- A blog/news page if required

Here’s how it works:
- Fill in your details below to request our website design pack, where you can also choose to set up a website design meeting to find out more
- If you decide to go ahead, we will ask for 50% of the costs upfront, and the remaining 50% just before we make your website live
- We will create a first draft of your website, and we’ll make amendments following your feedback, so you can get what you really want
- You will get included in the price:
- A website created for you
- Advice and support from a professional marketing team
- The option of longer term support to help you maintain the website, if required
